Now you can book your face-to-face appointment quickly and conveniently online.
If you need to go to EPAL's shops, from now on you can make appointments through the EPAL website, the EPALnet digital customer service counter or the free myAQUA app.
This new feature was created thinking of greater convenience for customers, who can now make appointments at any time and in any place, simply by accessing the EPAL website, EPALnet or the myAQUA app.
We remind you that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shops comply with Director-General for Health rules. The Restauradores shop even has COVID SAFE certification for greater customer safety.
- Restauradores shop: from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on working days, closing between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to sterilize the room.
- Laranjeiras One-Stop-Shop: 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on working days and 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. On working days closes between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to sterilize the room.
