This course aims to present the methodology for determination of odor and taste of drinking water and undertake a water tasting exercise. Through this, EPAL aims to enable participants to clarify frequently asked questions regarding taste and smell of water.

In the company of a water tasting expert, in their own environment, participants will take their first steps in tasting different waters.

Objective

Equip participants with essential knowledge to critically appreciate the smell and taste of water.
